Fair Reward Framework data for 2023 and 2024
Pilot year assessments for FTSE 100 companies now complete and available to view
1 January 2025
Completed assessments for FTSE 100 companies in 2023 and 2024 are now available via the Company Assessments page on our website.
The assessments analyse corporate reward practices across a series of indicators covering three themes:
- Reward scrutiny – relating to compliance with key benchmarks of fair reward practice, including whether or not the company is an accredited livign wage employer, whether they adopt living wage policies in other markets and whether or not their annual report commits to tax practices in line with the widely recognised GRI 207 standard.
- Reward policies – relating to the application of fair pay-setting processes that give stakeholders confidence that pay outcomes are proportionate and fair, including whether or not workers are consulted as part of the executive pay-setting process, whether trade union coverage across the company’s workforce is disclosed in the annual report and whether or not the company board includes a director from the company’s workforce
- Reward outcomes – relating to absolute and relative pay outcomes including CEO pay levels and pay ratios detailing the gap between Chief Executives and their median UK employee, and the company’s gender pay gap.
Stakeholders can use this information to inform their engagement with the companies in question. For further info about the assessments, please email data@fairreward.org
